We would like to wish all of our team, friends, current and prospective clients a happy and successful 2020!

2019 was another busy and successful year for the practice as we saw the successful delivery of a number of projects, such as the new Ponteland Fire Station, New Deleval primary school, Newgate Street and the completion of a number of bespoke residential projects including the bespoke conversion on Falcone Terrace. Work on site will also continue at Haydon Bridge and the Energy Centre and Fishtank – both of which are well on their way to completion!

In addition to our ongoing projects, 2019 also saw an exciting expansion for the practice as we moved into out third studio in Middlesbrough! The new studio, which is situated in the innovative and creative Boho 5 zone, will further strengthen our presence in the North East and we are excited to engage in potential future opportunities with Middlesbrough Council in the regeneration of the area.

The next year we will also be expanding our international profile, we will continue to work from our Mongolia studio and engage with a number of high profile clients on ongoing and future projects, furthermore, our Mongolian studio has enabled us to expand into other areas across Asia and going forward we hope to pursue and maximise these opportunities!

As we embark upon another exciting year in 2020, we once again thank all of our friends and colleagues in the industry for their continued support and the opportunities they bring us. We look forward to the year ahead, continued friendships, new friendship, more architecture…and some celebrations!
