Technical designs are currently being developed and enabling works are underway on site to provide 12 bespoke apartments and 4 cottages as part of a redevelopment of the former Grade 2 listed Northumberland County Council Offices.

Initial works to strip out the modern linings have been carried out and consultation is progressing with Northumberland County Council to agree specifics of the design in order to preserve and enhance this Historic Building.
