Located within the exclusive Nukht Valley suburbs of Ulaanbaatar, this sustainable residential community comprises of a mix of residential accommodation styles and sizes together with a social and community hub.

Developed from our studio UB204 in Ulaanbaatar, our designs incorporate modular components which are manufactured locally off site, within a controlled environment to ensure quality and reduce construction time on site in response to the Mongolian climate.

Designed in accordance with UK Code for Sustainable Homes Standards Level 4-5, the development represents one of the first projects of its kind in the country.
