We are thrilled to announce that our own Tanja Smith OBE who has been shortlisted for the North East Chamber of Commerce Inspiring Female Global Award!

It is fantastic recognition of her ongoing contribution to the development and roll out of Apprenticeships and T Levels for the construction sector across the UK, and her huge achievements overseas in Mongolia, where she established our GRADONARCHITECTURE ASIA office in 2016.
