This month’s North East Times features our Technical Director, Tanja Smith on the cover and she speaks to business editor Steven Hugill about her life and career. Having first started studying in Cape Town, Tanja’s career has stretched across the globe and in 2015, she moved to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia to manage GRADONARCHITECTURE’s Mongolia office and design team. Now based back in the North East, Tanja manages the technical delivery of a range of projects and plays an active role in the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education.
