Following a recent recruitment campaign, we would like to thank all applicants for their interest in GRADONARCHITECTURE and we are now delighted to welcome Ayanda Mahachi to our GRADONARCHITECTURE team at Studio 07 Newburn Riverside.

Ayanda joins us as an Architectural Technologist. Working closely with our Tanja Smith OBE, Ayanda will support our delivery team with a range of current projects we have at RIBA Stage 4 in the Northeast of England, in London and in Africa.

“Ayanda joins us at an exciting time in the practice which sees us now recruiting at varying levels. Following COVID and a period of economic uncertainty, we now find ourselves in a position where several previously suspended projects are now coming back online. Combined with this and other new projects, the need to address update legislation within The Building Regulations and the introduction of The Building Safety Act also gives more emphasis to the technical aspect of our designs from inception. Ayanda will strengthen our collective team approach to our design and delivery of projects across all sectors.”
