Working within the design guidance established for the development of Manorside as part of the Wynyard Park masterplan, detailed proposals are submitted to Hartlepool Borough Council for a bespoke private residence. Working closely with our clients, their vision takes a step nearer to being realised; to live in a contemporary flexible family home which utilises traditional and sustainable materials fitting of this beautiful woodland setting. The front of the dwelling takes on a traditional farmhouse proportion over three floors and is complimented to the side by a feature slate wall which orders the internal space and directs and embraces views to the surrounding woodland. Technical design is currently being developed with a view to commencing works in Spring 2016.
