A mixed tenure residential scheme comprising of thirty three bungalow and semi detached dwellings, has recently been completed the development sits on a tiered site in Benwell with all dwellings occupied in a short period of time. The technical project responds to a number of existing site constraints in relation to topography, retention of existing trees and roman ruins.
