Situated in a Grade 1 Listed Edwardian butchers shop, our approach to this bespoke design and refurbishment was to create a single open and airy space, retaining the original features of the building.

The design sees retained original wall and floor tiles complete with butchers “scars”, meat hanging rails, herringbone oak ceiling and reuse of the original butchers block within the kitchen area. A simple clean approach whose secret of the success lies in the careful consideration and retention of the original features!
