An extension to an existing two storey Citizens Advice Bureau office building in Gateshead, the design seeks to unify three additional upper floors providing additional accommodation, speculative offices and business hub. The proposals introduce a transitional layer between the existing and extended floors which makes the overall scale and massing more legible and unified as a single building mass.
