Moving from their old office in Newcastle, GVA required a high spec fit out for their new 8000sqft space on the fourth floor of Central Square One. Our design solution comprises an open plan office space for staff which is coupled with a suite of large meeting rooms which make the most of the impressive views across the Tyne and the City Centre. The internal space plan draws the visitor from the central atrium through the reception, via an organic curved circulation route, which reveals differing spaces and framing views across the City.
