A part refurbishment and extension of an existing facility for Immuno-Diagnostic Systems in Boldon, South Tyneside, our designs incorporate an over clad of existing portal framed buildings and internal re-modelling to include a range of varying clean rooms, laboratories, testing, packaging and distribution areas.

The design development has been driven through our management of detailed engagement sessions with inter-departmental stakeholders, each with their own bespoke requirements, which when brought together inform internal adjacencies and relationships which create a  process unique to Immuno-Diagnostic Systems.
