A consolidation and rationalising of Northumberland County Council services to accommodate Northumberland Fire and Rescue Services, Council Fleet, Transport, Waste, Highway and Neighbourhood Services.

Appointed by The Council, our designs provide a functional and cost effective solution with the key to its successful delivery being our ability to manage  intense stakeholder engagements which have been undertaken to derive at a solution which works for all who use the shared facility.

A fully encompassed facility enables all users to access shared community areas and changing, while retaining access control to the Fire and Rescue wing. Fire and Rescue Services are located at ground floor adjacent to the fire appliance bays, together with changing areas which are positioned to the rear of the building. General office areas are located within close proximity of reception, alongside NEAT / Waste and Highways offices. At first floor, a community and meeting room is directly adjacent to the access stair, and a large open plan office makes up most of the upper level.
