Newbridge Court is the redevelopment of the former Tolesby Shops in Acklam Middlesbrough. Working with Middlesbrough Development Company we have designed proposals for a mixed use residential and commercial scheme.

Our design will transform the disused site into a ground floor retail space, and 24 mixed one and two bedroom apartments. The retail space will provide a much needed commercial boost to the area.

A key aspiration for this project is to provide affordable and high quality housing and the scheme represents a multimillion pound investment by the council into local regeneration schemes. GRADONARCHITECTURE have responded to this client vision by creating a contemporary scheme delivered to nationally-recognised spatial standards. The project, which has now been submitted for planning will represent a much needed positive intervention into the property market.
