Bradbury View forms part of a specialist care and education facility for The Percy Hedley Foundation. The project comprises of a twenty-four bed children’s home with a hydrotherapy pool and ancillary facilities located over two floors within the existing Upper School Campus. The scheme is linked to the existing Sports Centre and caters for children up to the age of nineteen, while the hydrotherapy pool is located in a favourable position so it can provide a stand-alone and valued facility to the extended community.

Assembling and managing a multi disciplinary design team our design solution was conceived as a result of a number of varying stakeholder engagement sessions, from which a detailed brief was realised and subsequently delivered. Upon completion, the project was awarded The Construction Excellence Award for Value and Client of The Year in 2016; each award being testament to our design approach to listen to our client, deliver and exceed their expectations.
