Situated on a prominent corner plot opposite the entrance of a new masterplan development, this Youth Community Facility is a signature building using its diverse facade to welcome the wider community into this open space. With internal and external climbing walls the building promotes an interesting and diverse environment. Continuous glazing at a lower level offers glimpses into the active spaces and helps to blur the lines between internal and external space. The form of the building rises to a pinnacle point on the prominent corner of the site creating a dramatic sloping roof which continues along the facade.
